We're working up there now. Might have to take Judge Ruger with me.

Give him the Dirty Harry speech about the Judge. Be sure to squint your eyes and whisper.

Had that to happen to me once. Stopped to get gas in my 75 GMC Jimmy (blazer) and got stopped up the road and bent over the front of a cruiser. I was on my way to see a gal I’d been knocking boots with, short time earlier a guy robbed a fuel stop in another area close by, seems I fit his description and folks at the fuel stop I was at called 911…. The hard part was explaining why I had freezer bags of empty 30:06 cases and RCBS reloading equipment in the back….

Not meaning to change the subject, but a 75 Jimmy is a rarity nowadays. I had the K5 Blazer. I bought it because I wanted the big 4x4 like the FallGuy (Lee Majors), but my brother and I were traveling doing framing/construction work and would sleep in the back.

    Trivia..
We had a Farmall M. Foot clutch on left side and 2 brake pedals (each wheel) on right with a flip latch to make work together.

I do not recall my age; but I can tell you, I was driving that thing and doing plowing, disking, pulling a grain drill, and a heavy flatbed farm trailer.

I sat in the seat, prepare to stop, change gear, or kill PTO, and would slide my butt all way left and stretch my leg to clutch. (Anchored by the steering wheel.) Move the gear shift or shove the PTO stick down to disengage... As soon as this accomplished, (Penduluming from the steering wheel.) shift my butt over to the right and stretch to brake.

Never hit a fence end or put a scratch on it. Neighboring farmer had the Case dealership and that crazy steering arrangement.
In later years, we got a 9N Ford and it was like riding a pony and implements were like changing 6 saddles.
