10 Of The Best Foods To Eat Before Drinking Alcohol
Eating certain foods can limit the effects of consuming too much alcohol. Here are some of the best foods to eat before drinking alcohol. 1. Eggs. Eggs are full of protein and will make you feel full, delay alcohol absorption and prevent late-night food binges. 2. Oats. Oats are full of fiber and protein and they also improve liver function. 3. Greek Yogurt. Eating Greek yogurt before drinking will help slow down alcohol absorption by filling you up with protein, carbs and fat. 4. Avocados. Avocados are high in monounsaturated fats and potassium, which slow alcohol absorption and balance electrolytes. 5. Nuts and Seeds. Nuts and seeds are high in fiber, protein, magnesium, potassium, and calcium, which all help lessen the effects of alcohol. 6. Sweet Potatoes. Sweet Potatoes are high in complex carbs, which take longer to break down and help balance blood sugar levels.

You can get away with drinking in your 20's but it's best to avoid it all together after that. Go through your phase and move on folks, experience it ( if you have to) and move on. Nothing more to see here after that, truth hurts.. It's literal poison to your body and the worst drug known to man, mainly because it's socially acceptable..

I did not. However my father was a radar man for the U.S. navy from 1963 to 1969 and boy did he have stories to tell... Drugs/ alcohol is the ultimate liar. Folks have to deal with the reality of their own lives.. no fairy tales..

Unless it's the 80's and you are in Cali on Friday morning and need to be in NYC on Monday morning.
