No evidence of a steering tire going out. No smoke, dust, pieces of rubber, or flying fiberglass. Kind of looks intentional. Only thing I can ponder is he dozed off for a second, was startled, and simply panicked.

Going frame by frame, the truck first pitches to the passenger side, then veers to the drivers side. It looks like something happened on the passenger side, can't tell if it is a blow out on the frame by frame but something happened.

I'm on board with this thought here. Panicked, and jerked the wheel too hard, over corrected and he never needed to correct

Nope, right before the truck crosses the yellow line you can see that the sidewalls on the passenger side steer appear to still be intact. And it doesn't look like he turned the steering wheel very much, if at all, so I don't think he fell asleep.

I'm thinking an airbag blew out somewhere.

I think we're overdoing it here, nothing happened on the truck. Early on the truck is shown with the right side tires on the shoulder, and you can see the front tires are clearly turned too much, and if loaded top heavy, it was a knee jerk reaction from waking up, nothing more. ;)

Rest In Peace to the deceased.
    I have a question.
Seeing how easily he plowed through the center divider, had the divider been concrete/cement , like we see many are, would he have just plowed through that as well?

At highway speeds loaded there he would have probably went thru it or over it, hitting it head one vs an angle.
