Niles Michigan has gas hauling 30 an hour plus OT. That's 100 k + a year.

    No gas hauling 4 me.

Herc Rentals and Sunbelt both start at close to $33 around here if you dont mind open deck work. Of course they are hiring in Indy and Lafayette but not here...

Assuming you live closer to South Bend, R&L has a yard in New Carlisle is that one of the places you worked at?

That big concrete company is hiring in New Carlisle but I cannot remember their name... They have green and white trucks. Believe top scale is near $40 though...

Haven't been by that Amazon data center on 20 in a couple months, delivered numerous loads there though... Is it close to being finished?

I worked at Airgas. The pay was piece work. So it was 31.50 to 33 an hour. No OT. The sheet rock job was 27 an hour ot after 40. I was clearing 1500 to 1650 a week. Better pay than air gas. Both said 10 to 12 hours a day. Mostly 12 to 15 hour a day plus commute.

Capstone needs to be investigated for gauging prices. Especially during covid. They charged me $425.00 dollars for a toilet tissue load. Weight was like 8,000LBS. Just literally highway robbery. Another problem they have, most of the help are rude, cannot do their job with a smile on their face.

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.

I think he was pointing it out because us truckers get reimbursed for the cost from the broker. So the guy is #####ing to the wrong people. Ha Ha My take anyways.
