So— I have recently discovered an outfit that will take a E-350 4wd Econoline van and drop whatever engine and transmission you want in it and put a bed and stove and fridge and sink and…… never mind— I very well could be on the path of the most ultimate chukarmobile ever known to mankind

 

Just tossed one of those back in September after deciding that it wasn't going to be used anymore after sitting for 30 plus Years

 

12v 5.9 Cummins for the win. The chukar’s would just jump in for a ride

 

Some time back, when life was a little different and you could actually build something…..

1964 mercury comet, 2 door…..
The engine that was squeezed into was a well designed and built 351 from a wrecked Pantera…..
Scariest car I ever drove.

 

I missed my opportunity to buy a 4wd mid 80’s dodge van several years back. I have regretted it ever since.

 

7.3 cornbinder power stroke with 373s and a 6 speed manual would be sexy enough for me

 

I had an 81 Bronco with a 351. That’s one of the cars that you regret selling. Right up there with the 68 c-10. But they weren’t worth anything back then

 

Until you had to put a turbo on the sob.

 

Where those pantera engines “European tuned” . Meaning higher reving like a Ferrari type v8? Don’t even know if that’s a thing, some of those European cars go to a silly high rpm

 

A Sawzall or Multi-Tool could get most of that junk on top of the Engine outta Ur way
