    That will be the end of parking a truck at that hotel. Was probably a regular hotel for that company/driver too.

    To me that's pretty irresponsible. I would have thought they'd have a local drop location well away from population, and then bobtail to the motel.

    I'm sure they'll be a few changes in policies, and local ordinance, and . . .lawsuits.

    Article says a valve or seal failed.
    Either way,it’s gonna cost the trucking company dearly!
    They’re lucky nobody died in the incident,but some folks came REAL CLOSE!:eek:

    Correct, but there are multiple failsafes built into the trailers. Valves rest in the closed position and need to be charged with air to be operational. If the Dixie gate and everything is closed there wouldn’t be any air going to valves. So I wonder what exactly failed to cause it.
