Rand McNally intelliRoute TND 500

As far as the updates go WOW I am very impressed with RM's obviously listening to what the users are saying. Fabtastic, amazing, wonderful and a bunch of other words I can't thing of.

Will the detail levels of the maps be increased? Kinda sick of only seeing interstates until you're zoomed in so far you can't tell where you are anyways.

 

Have had the TND 500 for a week now. Great tool. Not perfect, but very happy with it. I think I made the right decision with the TND 500.

 

Glad it is working for you. I have the 700 model. It is excellent. Rand McNally really outdid themselves

 

Just ordered the tnd 500 over the weekend have never used gps before hope its worth my $395 investment.

 

Just updated the 500. I like the update so far. A little disappointed in actual functionality of the update. I would still like to see a route preview and would like to be able to select a specific street or highway as a via point. But other than that it looks really good so far.

Does the McNally have multiple languages or is it still english?

Can anyone here personally compare the McNally to PC Miler or Garmin 450? I have seen a year old thread but curious to see a more up to date comparison

 

English only right now..
