Had I had more time that is what I would have done. Believe me I wanted to.

I would have loved to been able to throw his waste of time into his face at the end of that.
How ever I didn't have the many hours available to me to waste his time while I was willfully wasting my time.

Let see I guess you cant count load 2 times, unload 2 times that would be 4 separate locations 2 complete loads. I reset or restart every weekend, I don't work weekends. So whats your point. As far as Tyson Thats a load I would refuse to haul anyway, its hard to get those dam chickens out of the hoses, the feathers are hard on the compressor.

So whats your point. We all do different loads someways are tough, some are not. When thy put me on the Salt Lake turn its really tight, but Vegas not so much....

Depends on the distance between the axles, some spread are a fixed distance and some slide...

Sometimes it is faster to call their bluff. It took 45 minutes for him to search your truck...and he could have taken longer if he wasn't satisfied that he wasn't going to find anything. He knew he couldn't get a warrant based on what little he had, because if he had enough to get a warrant, he would be justified in doing a probably cause search. He wanted your consent to search, and lying to you seemed like a good way to coerce that out of you. IF he found something, your consent relieves him of the responsibility to prove probable cause based on the information he had prior to the search while under oath and in front of a judge when your lawyer is trying to get the search thrown out.

No, they cannot, as long as you invoke the power of the Federal Marshal's Office first. As soon as the officer asks to search your truck, cross your arms together, forming an X, and then say the following: I am the Mighty Isis! I call on the power of the Federal Marshal's Office to strike down this wicked being standing before my driver's door. Kill him so that I may live!

Then hoot like an owl three times.

Usually when you tell a trooper "go for it"...that should be a clue that they won't find anything....
Guilty people are usually the ones who have a problem with searching inside a rig....
