    I read this whole thing.
    Good story while it lasted.
I think only one thing got the better of ole Scooter.
That Driver he was supposed to take to NC never told Magnum that he didnt want to ride with a stranger. That was Magnum putting it on him. Once they have knowledge you are done with them and their truck is at a terminal , no way are you getting to leave the yard in it.
Other than that it was fun to see scooter grow from a newb into whatever he is no days.

Actually, that driver told me that he had said that to the people in the training office. It was not something that Magnum dreamed up. Besides, they could have slapped me on a bus and sent me packing. At first I was a little bitter about the whole thing, but over time, I have realized that they could have really stuck it to me. They treated me fairly, made sure I got home safely and comfortably, and left my dignity intact. What more could one ask for?

Again, I have no ill-will towards Magnum. They gave me my start, put me with a top-notch trainer, and, for the most part, made it a good experience.

As far as "whatever he is nowadays"..... jury is still out on that one hehehehehehehe. I am working for LC, LOVING what I do, getting great miles, and great hometime. I really just felt that being that this is a Magnum thread, and I am no longer with Magnum, I needed to post elsewhere..... but I am still out there.

    ARF!

How are things going? Magnum still treating you well? How are the miles? Making a living or making a killing? Lol.

Andrew, I recently left Magnum for another company. I have no major complaints about them, they always treated me fairly. Freight appeared to be picking up, however I only had one layover while I was with them. Seems like they always find you something to get you out of somewhere when you're empty. You can expect 2,500 mi per week with the occasional better week of 3,000 mi. I would not hesitate to re-join Magnum. Good luck to you and maybe someday we'll see you in a nice blue 387!

    andrew5184 Thanks this.

    *insert laughing smiley here* lol.

Golly Mark, you think I've been living under a rock for the last year? Of course I know you're at LC. I was curious how Adam was doing.

Too funny. (I'm just giving ya hard time.)

All is well. Set to finally start CDL school in September. YEE HAW! Been working 2 jobs for a year to save for this transition. Can't wait.
