    A few random questions please!
    1. Is Prime using e-logs exclusively now?
    2. When is health insurance available to purchase? (waiting period)
    3. Can settlements be dropped on the Comdata card?
    More to come.... Thanks !

Yes... some folks are still on paper logs, but the company is working to get everyone on this year. Not a big deal really.

One size fits all BCBS of MO. The waiting period is 90 days, and they have a catastrophic injury policy that can be purchased during the interim.

Sure... direct deposit to your bank as well.

I was curious to know if Prime has a drop yard in the Atlanta area, or elsewhere in Georgia for that matter. If so, when you're taking your home time, can the drop yard be used to park the rig during your time off?

Parking the tractor where I live may prove to be difficult. It's a gated community. It's secure enough but the area they designate for temporary parking is small. Bobtailing in shouldn't be a problem, but having the wagon attached will create....issues.

I thought that maybe a drop yard somewhere in my area could serve as my home base. If it's secure enough, I could leave my truck there while I'm on the road. Parking at a truck stop will be a problem as it would be difficult to get picked up by the wife. What's the normal procedure for Prime drivers?

Normal proceedure is to request hometime - that gets you a load to the house. You deliver, drop the trailer wherever, bobtail home - or in your case drop the trailer and the tractor at our drop yard on the SE side of the race track. I'm pretty sure you can do that there - its something you work out with your FM and security. Heading out is the reverse order...

I assume you are talking about Atlanta Motor Speedway. That's 15 minutes from my house!!!!:yes2557:

It wouldn't by chance be off of GA20 (that would be approx. mm 218 off of I75)?

The "Race Track" he is referring to is the OTHER Atlanta Motor Speedway, also known as I-285.
