Are you sure you dont wear a roehl jacket and cap when outside and roehl pajamas when inside? We already know, roehl is awesome. And its always the drivers fault if something goes bad, because roehl has such high standards :biggrin_25514:

You are so funny but I forgot to laugh. I'm not saying it's always the company's fault. Hell, my husband drove for JB Hunt for crying out loud. I was stating this one driver's actions with Arrow. And I stated I didn't know Homeboy or what issues he was having with Roehl. And I know no company is perfect. Everyone is not going to agree on a company. I am not doubting Homeboy's situation. I hope things work out for him or he finds a company that works out for him. I think you are out of line on this one buddy. Sounds like someone peed in your wheaties.

Thanks. So I'm guessing that rules out the 7 on/ 7 off for me? With that, don't you have to take the truck back to the terminal after your 7 and that's where the other driver picks it up? Ellenwood would be a hell of a commute!! Thanks.

Well if we are to believe that a company's high standards are based solely on how many people they weed out during orientation then JB Hunt probably has the highest standards of all considering they accept about 20% of the people they bring into orientation. But I may have been out of line because somebody didnt just pee in my wheaties, they poopied in them too :biggrin_25513: :D

I don't know what you are going on about. You seem to think that I don't believe that Roehl isn't above wronging someone. As far as JB Hunt is concerned, well we have had dealings with them as well. Comparing the too, Roehl beats JBH hands down. Do I think Homeboy is imagining his problems? No I don't. As I stated before I was giving one example of how sometimes not doing well with a company can be a driver's fault. If the shoe fits the person fine, if not then they shouldn't be concerned about it.

I just got my prehire in the mail today from Roehl. I have one month of school left and hopefully it's off to orientation. How's the equipment and the pay on the flatbed division? I can use all the information that I can get. Thanks, JWill

My husband is in the dry van division and runs national. He had a kenworth but now has a new freightliner. Good luck and I hope someone here knows more about their flatbed division.

Thanks for the heads up on TMC, I was considering them for future work, I have enough trouble without buying into that.
I did not realize that Roehl had a flatbed division, like to hhear more on that if available, thanks. drive55cat
