well actually, the class will be held out by the fuel island or truck shop. Check with your local terminal. But the optional class is going to be a "Creative Logging" class. HAPPY SUNDAY !!! :biggrin_25525: :biggrin_2559:

off topic....heck...this whole thread is off topic.... but anyway....

i saw a message that came across my QC from our safety lady at our terminal. It said that missing logs were on the rise, and that drivers needed to scan them no longer than every other day.....AND THAT DRIVERS HAD TO LOG THE TIME YOU TAKE TO SCAN THE PAPERWORK !!!! are you F.n kidding me? So, if i'm at a Love's...knowing i'm going in to scan some paperwork, and decide to take a "10-200", after which grab some chips and a drink, and as i'm checking out scan the paperwork.....i actually have to log 15 minutes for the 45 sec. it takes to scan 2-3 trips? yeah.......NOT.

That has to be the most ridiculous thing I've heard in trucking:biggrin_25513: Under 7.5 min can be flagged on your logbook. :biggrin_25525:

Someone help me here...you are sending in the paperwork from the load that you are FINISHED WITH...how can logs or safety assume that you are on duty not driving standing in the truck stop building?

You see you Swifties are actually Swifter than your Swiftless Management crew!

I AM PROUD OF YOU FOLKS...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....but don't forget to log it!!!!!!!:biggrin_2559::biggrin_25523:

Not everyone is getting those messages. We sure don't and I'm glad because that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
