    I got one more question is it a bad time to get into trucking right now with the winter slow down coming up or swift still running strong I don't wanna get out on my own and not get many miles at all thanks again in advance

    That's something a current Swift driver maybe able to answer. I have not started with them as of yet and may not due to a local job, just went to orientation with them. I know it slows down after Christmas, not sure how it is with Swift.

    i just finished orientation in syracuse they only had us experienced guys take the road test and after being stuck in an automatic for 2 years i was worried about grinding but those volvos shift like a knife thru butter you should be alright
