    Regarding beer. I'm not much of a beer person, but we have Henry Weinhard's native to the Northwest. I cook with it. Pretty good shtuff.

    But I remember those little brown stubby bottles with white labels on them that said simply, "Beer" and we got 2 cents per bottle when we took the empties to the store.

    I ain't no wet behind the years youngin' Bumpystilskin. I was born in 1962, so I was old enough to see ole Billy Carter embarrassing his Presidential peanut farmer brother with his antics. I bet Rosalynn Carter wanted to bury him in the peanut dirt a time or two.
