    Anything from BeachBody seems to work quite well. If I remember right, Hip Hop Abs is from them.

    Messed up shoulder, wrist that has been sprained too many times, and SI joint problems along with a couple other back issues.

    Well, if you want to see about different things to try and reverse those issues, pick up The 4 Hour Body. He has a whole section dedicated to rehabing things that he was told couldn't be rehabbed.

    indeed, hip hop abs is from beachbody. Shaun T. he is very fun and motivating. when I want to do a fun workout, i do his videos. when i need a more serious workout, I go with billy blanks tae-bo.

    I like to walk a mile at least, a day. I think it is safe to stop the truck every 3 hrs. max. and walk around the t/s or r/a. Rubber exercise bands like this http://www.google.com/products/cata...og_result&ct=result&resnum=3&ved=0CGIQ8wIwAg#

    are a great way to do curls and all sorts of things you can dream up. I stand with one leg in the middle of it and hold the 2 handles with one hand on the top of seat. Stretch each leg 50 times. You can do this in the sleeper, too, while on the bed. And I do 30 curls.
    Most exercise stores have these in stock, or will make a pair on the spot. I think I paid $12 for mine; I made the rubber part 4'. The purple one is the hardest to pull. Blue next, and the green one is for the 'girlie-men' per Arnold The Governator.
    No need to carry Weights around in the truck! Use these instead.[​IMG]

    I agree that they're an excellent thing to start with. Also, they save a ton of weight and space vs carrying around weights like I do.
