Well I have had the TND 700 for 5 days, and I am not to impressed with it. I have been using GPS's for maybe 7 years now. I think I am going to take a look at the Garmin Dezl 560LMT.

The TND 700 just seems like it is very cheaply made. Not impressed with the Made in China sticker on the back of it either.

when you enter a destination it is on the page when you hit the calculate route button. look on the left. it is under the picture on the left side.

My speaker will break up when the power gets low. It also would break up when I had the wrong power supply which was not powerful enough to charge and use at the same time.

A lot of dc's aren't in the mapping database since they're not common addresses. I use google maps to look at the general area from space. Dc's stand out. Match up the nearest streets, touch the screen, and tell it to route to that point. When I get to the entrance, I save the exact position to the address book.

Speaking of which, it'd be nice if we could swap location info like that across one online database.

Gotta second what Kaji said. Also I strongly believe alot of problems that people have with this product are related to just turning it on and going. It took me years and years to get used to this. But I have to say after a few weeks of reading the small booklet that came with the unit and on my spare time just tinkering around with it. I am very impressed with my TND700 although sometimes it will goof up an NYC address but I believe nothing is perfect in life and a GPS means u still have to use common sense. (LoL) Sorry for the long rant but just talking about my thoughts on this GPS

I do a lot of home depot stores and their address are not always in the gps. Because the road is the name of the mall road. What I do is look up address of store on phone then look for cross streets in the area. Once you get close you can see a home depot sign a mile away.
