OMG!!!!! How many times does a guy have to say;( OFFICE PERSONEL NEED NOT APPLY !!!!!!). If your a real driver could I ask you about the routes you have traveled ?...?? Oh by the way , Ive went through 4 dispatchers at CELADON. All below standard, even by JB Hunt standards.

LIsten to drivers not office personel. In other words. Walk in to the place yourself and listen with your ears. Not watch with your eyes on the computer in front of you. The rebuts to this thread have been all from office workers , and I use the term worker very loosely.
