Nobody is going to allow you to drive for them while you're only 15. After you turn 16, try to get a job with a law office as a runner, either in your own car or on a motorcycle/scooter. Then, after you turn 18, get another job delivering stuff. Delivering parts for a truck dealership or autoparts distributor would be primo, get you into the industry and in contact with trucking firms. Then, after you turn 21, you can get a CDL and possibly start driving OTR...

 

Congrats on the job with Fresh Express. You may still want to look into the runner jobs, they can give you a sense of the challenges you'll face dealing with shippers and receivers down the road. Best part is, you can probably get one of them part time.
