How do you tune a CB?

what do you want to accomplish with your tune? Do you want to turn up your modulation, raise/lower your deadkey, or align on frequency? Simply turning your modulation up to 100% can make a radio sound much better than stock, and you dont have too much potential to damage anything.

Then you should take your radio to a reputable CB shop and have them do the work. If you have to ask how to do it then it's pretty safe to say that you do not have the equipment or knowledge to do it yourself.

Depends on the shop, and what exactly you want done. Personally I wouldn't pay anything over 30 bucks to have a radio tuned and aligned and that's only if I knew the quality of work was good and accurate.

Also, try asking them what they plan on doing. If in their explanation, you hear the words "clip" "snip" or "remove" its probably not a good idea.
