Thinking TMC may be right for me, but ???'s

Can anyone tell me the average taek home pay every two weeks after all the deductions and while going hoem every weekend without volunteering to stay out during the weekend...

 

I'm sure there a people on here who know but I'd be surprised if anyone will tell you. Sorry. FYI they pay every week.

 

Ok, let me ask the question in a different way. What is TMC's starting pay if you get paid for miles?

After 30 days you will get your first performance snap shot.

I forgot how the scale works on mileage pay....edit...

And every 30 days after that. So every month is more opportunity to improve!

.44 is max I believe

For a new company driver.....you really can`t complain

 

New drivers (aka students) $.30 cpm. After 6 months safe driving $.32 cpm

Experienced start at $.36 cpm
After 12 months $.37 cpm
After 24 months $.38 cpm
After 48 months $.39 cpm
After 60 months $.40 cpm

 

The performance scale adds to the base milage pay. After 30 days you can make more than .30

 

According to Maverick, drivers just got another raise and their starting pay is between .40-42. depending on the division..
