Ok, then, my concern is normal and nothing to worry about then.

You are concerned about how your dispatcher is acting. BUT, you are more concerned about your being concerned, than you are concerned about being concerned about your dispatcher, who is acting like a normal jerk. Does that about sum it up?

Dominick253 Thanks this.

Wow, you have to answer a cell phone, or look at a message on a computer screen? poor baby!
imagine if you can, running all night, getting unloaded at around daylight, racing 50 or so miles to the truck wash, finding a truck stop and the actually getting out of the truck to talk to a dispatcher or broker several times an hour.
Get a load, bust ### to get it before they stop loadingg for the day, run all night to deliver it, rinse, repeat. -
Man I love my dispatcher I average 3000 miles per week and drive pretty much when I want. Sometimes I have to deliver or pick up at an unfavorable time, but I find a way to flop my clock back to my favored time schedule. My dispatcher is an ex trucker, so he knows whats up and takes #### good care of me.

I'll deliver early and go try to pick up the next load early. It usually works out fine. I just slide into the spot left by a late truck. If it's a matter of taking a longer break before the appt time in the morning, I just take the long break.
