Do most of the company drivers drive the Volvo, and how old is their company fleet?

They have the Volvo, International ProStar, Peterbilt 386, and the Kenworth T700 and KW900. They only keep the trucks for 3 years then get new ones. The lease program is the same way, they do not have a lease to own program. You lease a truck for three years and then they give you a new truck with a new three year lease. At the end of the three years you can buy the truck from them if you want but they will not finance it you have to give them the cash or finance it yourself.

I'm in a '09 Volvo with 370k on it and it will be turned in by Sept and I will get a different truck. My volvo has a 400hp Cummings w/a 9 spd.
Trucks are Governed at 62 for company drivers, and 65 for OO/LO drivers.

When I drove for Central, they were phasing out their Volvos and replacing them with Freightliner Cascadias. They had the Volvos, Peterbilt 386 & 387s, Kenworth W900s and T2000s, International Prostars, and 1 Peterbilt 587 when I worked there. The rumor that my trainer heard while I was being trained by him was that they were phasing out the T2000s and replacing them with T700s. I don't know if that ever happened or not.
