    Hey any of you fedex freight guys use the new intermacs? ?? They say we could route ourselves for the next day and that we must take a lunch and not move the truck when on it, is that true?

    To any Fedex Frieght Driver, I recently was called in for an interview and then offered the job the next day (Driver Apprentice). I will be meeting with the terminal manager on Friday to begin the hiring process. I am just wondering how strict these guys are on your MVR? I don't have anything for the past 8 years, though back then its quite messy, suspended lic, speeding, careless driving. I was young and just plain dumb. I don't drive like that anymore. I drove trucks in the Army 99-02 and a short stint with Schneider in 02. Have not driven since then except for a refresher course I just took.

    Not sure about the driver apprentice side reguarding your mvr but they are strict about driving records. when you start with them any ticket you get and i mean any even in your car counts against you so keep it clean!!! have you ever tried to get a expungement ? good luck !!!

    I never heard of an expungement on a driving record, except for the ARD DUI program. Can you expunge a speeding ticket, or carelss driving if it was so long ago? Where should I look for information on this?

    I'm not sure for real but u should check with your local motor vehicle administration. I have gotten my record expunged for seat belt and registration issues along with suspensions. Good luck!

    What is the secret to getting hired here? I have applied online 5 different times and have never recieved a call. I have a perfect driving record and a perfect psp score. I worked for the same company for 10 yrs until they closed. I don't understand how they are selecting drivers. Does anyone have any tips?

    I have no clue! I guess its the luck of the draw, I have applied online to different companies and never got a reply back although I have over the qualifications needed.
