Yeah it always amazed me how many truck drivers parked out on the entry lane or off ramp on the freeways, in some states the Police seem to look the other way cause they know how hard it is for drivers to find a spot to park , i always found it was better just to keep on driving i'd usually look for a Walmart they were very lenient with trucks using there car parks during the night it was great to, cause if was 1 am in the morning you could go in grab something to eat as well as use the bathroom.

 

at a tiny Pilot in Harrisburg Pa on a run to Baldwinsville, NY.

would have had time to get almost there if not for the ######## traffic around DC and Baltimore at rush hour.....you gotta love it....and due to the appointment times just they way things worked out I ended up going through there at that time.

i must be the luckiest SOB in the world.....pulled into this Pilot which was my fuel solution..... with only 17 spots to park, all of them full and all the way in everybody on the radio complaining about no parking at any of the truckstops at this exit.....and the elog already under an hour and wondering where the #### i'm going to park and already scheming for a creative solution

as i'm sitting there fueling and the pump stops, the guy directly behind my pump pulls out of his spot. I jumped in, ran around the circle, and backed right in before anybody else pulled into the parking lot.

Must be living right to get a spot this late at night at a place this small lol
