you cant refuse loads here anyway dude that accept an decline thing dont mean nothin,, they got ya outhere nothin you can do bout it,,you can be 2 days from being home an if they need you to cover aload they will send you 1500 miles wrong way in the blink of a eye, thats not just jbs ether thats all of them i been out here long time ive missed birthday partys graduations all kinds of things,, lol your cool harley an i agree its good to remind them im not arguing, that gettn home thing just gets me going, thats why i stay out a month dont have to deal with it as much ... ok im done whining

 

Driver runs the loads not dispatch, driver can refuse whatever he wants not fold like a cheap tent.

 

Wrong....you can and should refuse loads when do home time with us....of you accept a load going the wrong way its on you........st least with us its that way

 

thats not what dot don said in oreientation... im not just talkin about here they been getn me home about 50 percent on time, but my ges would be they are like other places they will get you to take it planning to swap it out, an that dont always work. an i was told never hit the decline button without talkin to my dm ,so not folding like a cheap tent, jus doin as was told

 

You where told wrong.........3 reasons you can Turn down a load....1 do home time 2. You don't have the hours to make the load 3. Break down...rejeck the load....state why clearly in the comment box...........then call
Your DM...............stand your ground only accept it if the relay is already set up

 

I have turned down 1 load because I was supposed to be going home to Florida in a few days and it would have taken me to Michigan. I refused, they found me another load, nothing was ever said about it!
