With a persons scorecard would that be 6 out of service marks or just 1 since you caught them all at one time?

I would think one because it's one event, but someone like that should get more a severe punishment because they have total disregard.

Condo: On the CSA score, each individual violation carries its own points, regardless of whether the violations were found all at the same inspection or were found separately.

This guy's CSA score just took on a huge hit.

Had a driver today driving without a CDL. Just a regular license. So I ask him, why are you driving without a CDL? He responds, "I have tried a few times but keep failing the test." Well dumb arse, you can't drive a big truck without a CDL. "Yeah....I know my boss told me to run it." No IFTA, tags jacked up, no lights working on the trailer, and I nearly forgot he didn't have a log book. Just when I think everyone is getting their act together, here comes another one. :biggrin_25524:

I couldn't hold back calling him a dumb arse when he said that he keeps failing the test. Then the other extreme, every other driver I stopped today was scared to death over CSA and what this inspection meant for their points?

Too bad you can't get the "private" haulers.

Although, I imagine it was a Ushipper.

Texas pickup pulling a Missouir licensed airstream. He never hooked up the lights on the trailer and not one police car noticed.

It's really a shame that a rig without plates permits etc, and a driver without a CDL, that you can just call the junk yard and have them feed the entire unit, with the load inside of it, into a shredder! That would be about the only way those idiots MIGHT get the message.
