The ones that come to mind (they come in every conceivable color and company logo) are the ones that:....
1.Park where there is no parking
2.Park on a fuel Island when there is ample parking
3.Idle for no reason when its 50-70 degrees(cause they dont know better)
4.Mark their spot with discarded excrement devices
4a.and if not then trash
5.Use Jake Brakes in truckstops
6.Have witty saying hand drawn on back of trailer(WOW!,show me Boobs)Gasienica Thanks this. -

The ugliest truck in my opinion is one sitting still....
SuperLiner Thanks this. -
I tell you what, I have driven Volvos, Feightliner columbias and centuries, a few of the aero petes and Kenworths. Along with the conventional 379 pete that I have been in for about 4 years. I will take this 379 over any of the others other then a Kenworth W900. I would have to toss a coin between the 379 style long hood and the W900 long hood. I could even be forced to drive a Freightliner classic XL if I had too.
The only thing I don't like about these old school style conventionals is the room between the seats, my fat behind doesn't squeeze between them very easy. But then I really like the smaller cab area as it makes for easy reaching for stuff. The passenger seat is less then an arm length away and makes a good place to put stuff that I might need while moving on down the road. The Volvo I had for a bit, you could hardly reach the nearest edge of the seat which made it nearly impossible to reach anything on the seat. I guess this is why I see so many cluttered Volvo dashes and dashes of other trucks with big cabs.
Another thing about the smaller cabs is that it is easy to keep them warm in the winter or cool in the summer. Not alot of space to try to heat up or cool off. Just close the curtain and go.
Another thing I hate about the newer style trucks over the conventional styling is that they rock and roll in the wind and don't feel as planted too the road. Especially the condos. You see them going down the road almost scrapping the fairings on the down wind side of the truck while you look at the conventional style trucks and they are not leaning at all.
The Volvo int he picture below is what I got stuck in for a few days while my 379 was in the clinic getting some work done to it.Attached Files:

I'll still go for a 780 everytime

I think the ugliest truck is the one on the hook. I personnally like a w900 or a 379, but ended up buying a 387 for mileage. It's still a pete!

And as for the trucks with no hoods are COW CAB OVER ENGINE -
Old International cabovers are disgusting.Any flat top conventional 0TR truck is welcome to drive off a cliff.
