    I don't know the exact width it was just narrower than the truck, I was just wondering about the width limits of us trucks, are they narrower than ours or is this an older spec?

    Most refer trailers are 102 then you see the dry vans at 101 and 102. Think old school was 96 but then you couldn't fit the pallets side by side sideways only chimney blocked.

    These us army trailers could be older trailers kept in good order by the army. It would explain the length too as they used run us cabovers here which would still be too long for our regulations, there are still a few Coe freightliners working there but it's mostly scanias now

    @scaniaman

    do you know is there f700 frame on UK&Ireland scanias (for 4x2) and ada1302/ada1502p axle ( 4air bag suspension) and direct installed 5th wheel

    i have never seen that

    here it is rare case because here most scania customers want more stable truck

    but i notice that UK&Ireland spec 6x2/4 and /2 have different setup than here

    you guys had 3975mm/1230mm wheelbase we had 4100/1355

    not this is 4000/1255for your market and here 4050/1305

    and you have f800 frame , we get heavier f950

    your frame can be spec for up to 8t on front axle and 16.3t on bogie

    our 9t front and 19trear

    also your guys have ara820+ada1100 rear axles

    we get ara820+ada1300 mainly

    nice truck that should be very stable to drive with such low tires and so much tires/axles

    is it sill 44t only?

    i heard that NZ is preparing for something more but i forget how much....

    4 airbag 4*2 chassis is for English and northern Ireland spec, the republic still has the 2 airbag suspension with the heavier chassis because our roads are crap in the republic and drivers here drive like their ### is on fire, you need a strong truck to be of any use here, the 4 airbag suspension is an option but 2 bag is standard also 2 bag is better on a 4*2, better stability in bends and especially if u got air on the front
