My Experience with Lone Star Transportation

Checked out of the hotel at 0730am today, and went to the terminal. Got there then took my rental car back (last weeks orientation guys gave me a ride back).

Anyway i get back sit in the drivers lounge for maybe 30 min and a driver comes in and ask if has # *** and i said yea, he said a mechanic was looking for me. So i went to the shop, and got to see my truck......

2007 379 Peterbilt, looked BRAND NEW, i mean it was washed, waxed, polished up!

Then I did my inventory, last driver left me a bunch of extra stuff

Then i had to take the tarps off the headache rack and exchange my "used" tarps for 4 "Refurbished" tarps.....So i had to wrestle 4 tarps down....no problem. Then i put my to small tarps up no problem (steel tarps). THEN the big tarps......No dice 15 minutes of wrestling them, and the guy in the shop sent the forklift guy over to lift them up for me

Anyhoo then i wrestled the new mattress into the truck . They use the cheap ones, not the ones that are vacumed sealed in a little box.

Then i parked the truck, called dispatch and told him i was ready 2 go!


Then around 530 he told me there wasnt anything for today and to call him at 9am tomorrow. So i'm spending the night at the terminal, im sitting in the drivers lounge on my laptop talking to another driver.


But now what y'all are waiting for PICTURES!!!!!!!!!!!


I'll take more dontcha worry, i didnt wanna be the weirdo at the terminal talking pictures of my truck, so i waited till i went down to the Subway in Wally word to snap a few pics.
