Yep jackson county In. go to court there and you'd swear you'd step back inot medevial times. The traveling judge and Ms. Flitstone the prosecuting attorney. I will be back in feb I refuse to pay them the 132.00 done been once and thats about the most skewed court I been in. Ohio at least sent someone from the AG's office. And talk about trying to amke a lie fit the story. I sat there and watched how they run their game, all I can say is they'd be just as well served with a random selection toll gate. Zero on safety and 100% about revenue collection. Anyone there has my sympathys

When uShip aid and abet in criminal activity by allowing illegals to operate from their site. It makes them just as guilty as the illegal.

It's not their job to check out qualifications they're not selling any brokering
just a glorified message board. I went there when I first got my authority, didn't see nothing worth bothering with haven't been back either. The people posting there are looking for someone to haul there junk for free and I just soon stay home for free. My motto piss on uship

The CSS included window extensions to meet the width requirements . Putting the bunk at window level made meeting the height above the mattress level requirement impossible . The U.S. distributor for CSS refunded money on units they had sold and restored buyer's trucks to their original condition .
For a while inspectors let these "sleepers " slide . Then a newbie RV hauler started a forum and became openly defiant about using his CCS and personally attacked an FMCSA inspector in his forum .
That's when FMCsA decided to visit the CCS distributor and Classic RV Transport where the driver was last known to be contracted . By the time he visited though he had made the move to Quality .
Classic and Jet allowed drivers to log sleeper in CCS . Quality and the others didn't .

I seen one of them CSS sleeeper kits I'd have a problem putting my head in that plastic box, I'd be worried about a truck backing into me at the truckstop. I think You and disco had severaal exchanges over at blacks forum about this? Myself I just log the ten off duty and start over lots easier that way. Anyway I've legally slept in my truck since the beginning, I just never broadcast it.

if you sleep in your "hot-shot" rig do not log sleeper, just off-duty, this isn't a law that says you have to sleep, but YOU must be off-duty for 10 hrs after your 14,

The problem is current regs define on duty as any time in a CMV when not driving or in the sleeper .

I think in FEB. 2012 , that wont be the case. I just read that on here. We can log off duty and still be in our trucks, resting or just waiting.

Im sure someone will find, or post the link i just read on here earlier about this...
