The canada pay like mitrucker said, is supposed to be automated.
If I didn't get a message, I'd send one to verify.

The short haul, local, cartage pay, you need to follow up with your fleet manager:
Fleet managers have to fill out and turn in a extra pay sheet for that

Layover, you need to send a message.
Also, if I don't get a message that its paid, I follow up in a day or two.

It's your money, don't leave it on the table.

 

Also, I am pretty sure you have to be under a load to get crossing pay. I seem to remember getting paid to cross and deadheaded back so no pay.
