Yea there's trouble in paradise. Time to head home to Pa and look at other options. I'm getting to old for this bouncing around program. Time to find a home with some strength in the foundation.

Unfortunately they don't. We had two drivers that allowed their dogs to literally destroy the inside of their trucks. It cost Calex time and money to put the trucks back together, so of course the rest of us has to suffer. They did away with the pet policy last year. The ones you might see with their pets are grandfathered in.

I would love to take one of my Labs with, the problem is whoever I left behind would commit suicide.

Darn it. That's to bad. Wish it was different. Wonder if they'd go for a hefty deposit.

Let me ask Mort in safety in the morning. I'm in Pittston right now and have to move back into my new truck with it's new engine that is back from Volvo. I'll post the answer as soon as I find out.

    KnuckleBuster Thanks this.

Sounds good Jon. I'd be willing to put up a good deposit. He's old and blind and beyond the puppy stage. All he chews is Milk Bones these days lol. And sleeps. Sleeps ALOT. Thanks.

Well I checked about the pet issue. They said no, even after I told them you would be willing to put up a deposit. Sorry. I was told they would be changing the policy, but I've been hearing that for 8 months.

Just out of curiousity. Are the newer trucks I-shift or straight tens? The one I road tested in was a eaton ultra shift that rode like a caddy. Lol. Much better then that duplex r model mack I used to drive

Hey fellas! This sounds like a dream job for a driver. Great HMT, good pay, and dispatch seems to work with the driver instead of against them like my current company. Why did you guys leave?

For me it was a lack of miles. Whereas I needed 2,500-2,700 per week I was only getting about 2,200 at the most. Some weeks were considerably less. My last trip was one that kept me out for 11 days. In those 11 days, I only ended up with 4,000 miles.
