I heard she's getting a big severance package, so I'm sure she'll be fine. And I'm glad for her. However, I have to wonder who us drivers will go to now if we're mistreated. I only needed her once, but she helped a great deal. I'm sorry to see her go.

Well it makes sense. Since Cushman took over and they rolled everything into T'town there has been a progressive anti driver attitude at Pam. Think about it- Detention pay gone, bonus program changed, took pay away from dedicated routes, newbies have to team, and more. Seems like a natural progression to the "my way or the hiway" attitude Mr Cushman is famous for.

The way I understand it, all the policy changes now come from Detroit. A lot of people that have been with PAM for many years are leaving. Jeff Adare told me himself he'd be going soon.

    Mr Cushman is the President.

Jeff Adair is a trainer manager.

    Sheesh. I don't even work for PAM and I know this. :biggrin_2554: :biggrin_25513: :biggrin_25522: :biggrin_25523:

LOL ... is that the reason you left Noggin? You foresaw a dark future in PAM with it's new leadership?

Mr Cushman's backround........ Before Pam he was with CRST. Sales and marketing and then VP OF CRST Malone. Before that, he held a couple of different posts at Werner. In 2010 he was paid $642,000 at PAM.
Oh, and he is big on running as many teams as possible (like CRST).

A lot of policy changes were coming from Detroit before the change over as I was told. And they just keep on coming don't they?

So, PAM is likely to become more like CRST? I'm not looking forward to that. I drove for CRST back in 05 and was very happy to leave when my contract was up. I quit them without having something else lined up.

I still have a few months left on my contract with PAM. I think I'll start looking at other options so I'll have a place to go this time.
