All of a sudden both went down... The tach is buried straight down between 0 & 30. My speedo is just under the 0 and they don't move when I turn the key switch or start the truck... I also notice none of the alarms on the cluster light up? Any suggestions.....?

I'm thinking you lost the ground someplace. I can't remember which # the wire is on the harness, but if you pull your dash panels out and start looking around in there, you can check the obvious grounds fairly easily. Sometimes you need the arms of a 6 year old to reach some of them though.

Check acessery fuse in the fuse box if its not blown check your acessery relay its behind the little dash panel on the left there will be two black boxes mounted together wit two screws and some heavy gauge wire the one on the left side is the acessary relay it will have four wires going to it two heavy gauge and a plug with two wires you can jump the relay where the two heavy gauge wires connect and all should work that relay controls the whole right side of your fuse box common for going out on a Pete if you have the rounded dash which I think 99 was still the square dash it will be right behind the steering colum they both kinda pia to get to

If by jumping the wires works, where is that relay located so I can replace it? Thanks

That is the relay where your jumping the wires little box with two heavy gauge wires and a plug with two small gauge wires the small gauge wires turn that realay on when the key is on so just put a jumper wire between the two heavy gauge wires if that dosent work you might want to pull the fuse block and check behind it petes have a tendency to have leaky windshields and the back of the fuse box carrodes

Okay just jumped the heavy gauge wires and nothing.. It's the cluster thats screwed down behind the dash panel on the left? It has four points where wires are screwed into.. Is there anything by the firewall I've been running through montana a lot and this happened about five hours after I washed the truck...

Thanks for your responses... Just one more thing because I'm about to take it to the shop... If the circuit breaker is bad wouldn't the new fuse only have current on one side of it? Because it's showing current on both sides....
