Why does the headline on the news article say " deadly CRASH"?

Looks like a former Navajo truck indeed. But I didn't see any indication it still was, such as graphics on the door.

Just for cutting the turn so short, the driver should face charges. RIP to that unfortunate veteran and condolences his family.

Steering wheel holder blew that corner pretty bad....not only hit the curb, but crossed the sidewalk & hit the landscaping, too....not to mention the unfortunate person sitting there.

Makes you wonder how some folks passed the driving portion of their CDL test.:biggrin_25513:

On a side note, I heard the number of vehicle vs. pedestrian crashes has been increasing....between wearing headphones, talking on the phone, texting, etc.....seems distracted walking is dangerous, too.:biggrin_25526:

Not sure an encounter with a set of trailer tandems and a pedestrian constitutes a "crash".
