first time i seen that too and ive been around awhile , my gues the two outboard stacks are dummy stacks and the middel is factory, being on a company truck.mayby mayby not

Its some poor delude soul's attempts at customization of his truck.
If you zoom into the pic you can see there is no connecting elbow on the stacks and
also there is no soot in the stack tips.
Kinda like misguided souls that put stacks with bull hauler tips on their pickups.
Or I've even seen the stove pipe routine on a pickup, just like a semi.
Makes the truck owner look less than intelligent if you want my opinion. -
Nice. That crossed my mind but then I thought... Nah, nobody would do that. Wrong again, lol.
