So after getting several job offers from local companies and various over the road companies, I decided to go with C R England since they shared the same values as me, integrity, hard work and determination.
Things were a little rough with my phase 1 trainer, since he would like to slam my hand in the door and complain the whole time i was trying to learn. After a while i finished the upgrades.
So they told me i would make more money as a lease operator so i go ahead and sign a 3 year lease since that one looked like the best.
Things went ok until the first pay settlement when it seemed they kicked me off the fuel cap of $1.25 and the fuel department must have forgotten to tell me about that.
Some weeks i lost money some weeks i almost made money. Finally I ask them why im not getting the $70,000 that the horizon sales guy guaranteed i would make.
So finally i decide to be a phase 2 trainer, which worked well until i got my first student. He kept making rookie mistakes like putting DEF in the fuel tank, which later the mechanic explained to me is nothing but concentrated cow urine. And other mistakes like forgetting to connect the blue airline to the corresponding blue hookup.
But to make a long story short i lost my trailer home that i almost had paid off and had my car repossessed and then my wife left me with my 3 kids.
