    Good luck Smaggs. I hope it works out for you. Personally, I think local is the way to go. I love the road and traveling, but after awhile it becomes old, and showering/eating in truckstops every day kind of sucks.

    On a side note, I wish I could move back to Phoenix. I love it there and hate it here, plus my mom lives out there and is getting up there in age.

    grew up there-still not far from there. Hope you don't mind the crazy weather again here in the East vs Arizona!! At least you can get real chichen wings and good tacos!! (Anchor Bar wings and Mighty Tacos!!)

    Oh man not me. I grew up in Michigan but have became a Florida sissy when it comes to cold. If it dips below 60 I panic.

    I'm 68 years young and used to run night & Day. I survived due to eating iceberg lettuce when stressed out and celery for stamina and to stay awake on long trips. Mixing protein and carbohydrates when eating is a recipe for sleepiness on the road. Dairy products are a good way to rest permanently on a road trip. Buy the best radio you can afford and keep your ears on. May the Lord ride with you drivers or at the very least help you stay between the lines. Truck on!
