I've been running with them fora few years now. I see about 2500 miles every week and they are pretty good about getting me home on the weekends. I did have a dispacher that didnt know how to do his job but he quit after a couple weeks. Everybody taht works there though is very nice. Not a bad company if you like seeing a good paycheck every week and like to get home for the family. My favorite part is they call me by my name and im not just a nother number

I heard the same things about them until I went to work for them a little over two years ago but quit to run for my much better employer now. I tried to make it work with them, but overall, they turned out to be really bad to work for. Despite what they say, they do require unloading on some really heavy items (furniture and food). While some favorite drivers I hear get longer trips, the vast majority of their loads are really short (only 2 or 3 hundred miles). I left in dispute over some loads they owned me on, but Iowa has very lax employee protection laws, so there is no what I will get my several hundred dollars from them, and I hear from local attorneys around Cedar Rapids, they are really famous for this. For a good life and enjoyable driving career, stay away from these folks. As I am sure you'll hear out there about them, they are a small, folksy company, but believe me, they will screw you with a smile!

Yea, I agree with the other guy, that reply you got before is from one of their recruters, HI DON (was my recruiter)! YOU #######!
If you have a decent record, the ######## will tell you anything. -
yeah if you get a positive reply it must not be from a driver becasuse all drivers do is come on here and b****. ever think that some drivers work hard and are thankful for their opportunity>? savynut who do you work for now thats so great?

I work for Con-Way Truckload, and they are a very good employer. Much to be thankful for here!
