Has anybody else had any problems with your NAT/NAL getting updated to random stuff in the middle of the night?
This is about the 10th time it has happened to me. I've been sitting in the Pilot in Syracuse now for about 20 hours. Didn't have much for hours yesterday because I've been bumping my 70 for the past 2 weeks. Have avoided having to take q 34 in the 3 weeks I've been out so far.
I've also had problems with random trailers being assigned in the middle of the night. Makes it interesting if you try to leave an OC with a trailer that isnt assigned to you even though you picked up the load yesterday and it was assigned then. -

So after sitting on hold for an hour with support shift they finally fixed my times and got me a load. It's an 8 AM Live load tomorrow morning.
Looks like I'm going to get to finish a 34 before then.
I wish they would've said something sooner, I would've rented a car and driven over to Niagara Falls. Never seen it and would've been a nice way to spend the day.
I think I'm going to have a chat with my DBL tomorrow about this crap. Getting tired of being forced to sit for extended periods because somebody in Green Bay can't stop playing with stuff. -
One day I got pissed about sitting and sent about 10 msgs... didn't really help. But I got my DBL on speed dial and his personal cell so I can text msg... I usually call about an hour or two before drop/unload and confirm that I'm going to be available at such and such time...
You just have to be on top of it and keep updating it 20x a day, and even at night if you wake up... I find myself pulling over more now last few weeks just so I can update my times since they keep getting screwed up.
The thing with trailer... just send the license plate number if you get that msg that its not at the location or whatever... or send msg for ops to update it.
WF is just one big mistake, so far... and SNI is losing a lot of people because of it but they get hundreds more every months... -
I've stated here, to my DBL, and others. These times update when you're down for the night, driving down the road, etc, etc.
Many drivers are having these issues, while some never have them. And those that don't have them, think you're the one causing the problems.
It's always a good idea to check your QC anytime you think of it, just for this reason. -
Just spoke to my DBL according to him , its 65 for each 24 hrs you sit.
I asked if that was a midnight to midnight thing or each 24 from the time of breakdown. He said it was from time of breakdown. Man my next 2 check are going to really suck. I would have had the load I have delivered by 2200 on saturday. now it looks like late tonight or tomorrow morning sometime.
EGR sensor? and an actuator need replaced , then they will do the regen. If successful , I guess there is a recall issue they will address. -
question, maybe someone has asked the powers that be why.
Why is that we are not authorized to use the ohio and idiana turnpikes?
Indianas looks to be kinda expensive, but if I'm reading the ohio toll schedule correctly , ohio is pretty #### cheap. -
Either way that sucks that you cant use them. I worked for Smith Transport before and they were the same way. Running secondary roads across from Pa. to Gary, In. was time consuming to say the least. -
Any heard of dedicated support jobs at sni? Any have a clue what it is? It pays salary up to 975$ a week.
