Well no loss now drivers can talk without harassment, now newbies can get the truth instead of lies and not waste thier time with the likes of jbs.

 

Why is JBS so bad?? I worked for May and still with Knight Ref.. How much worse or better can they be?? or who do you rec to run for if I want to stay out west?

 

The problem is us drivers that have been out here for 10 or more years expect to be treated with respect, if you only been driving a few years you think its normal for carriers to do what they do. Thats why they want the newbies-they can batch slap em around and get away with it. There are a few drivers around however like harleyman with less than 5 yrs exp.that dont put up w/ the bullshat! Im goin back to a company that i know gives respect,and can afford to give it most importantly. Truck wash every week,trl wash every day,fuel where and when i want,no ######## about idle time or fuel mileage,71 mph truck,new trucks every 3 yrs(cascadias),paid safety class of 100$ for 3 hrs,company provided work clothes and gloves including winter coats,company provided cell phone or 50$ for you to carry own cell, of course they have the usual stuff like vaca pay-holiday pay-jury pay,and no im not fishing for any referrel(sp?)pay. I dont want anybody to come work where im going-better load choices for me.lol The ins is higher cause its a smaller co,but,i can get ins where my wife works for about the same as jbs a month. There are way better companies out there if you do your research, I know all this about the company im goin to work for as i have 2 friends that work there already so there is no smoke being blown up my arse!

 

My reasons for resignation will include;1800$ lost for company required sleep apnea test/hours waiting for late loading loads with no compensation/stupid arsed pallet exchange/idle % crap/e logs costing me money/no layover or breakdown pay with out repeated request for it(to the point of being beligerant about it)/ havin to pull a trailer down the road that is so dirty its embarrassing/endless and useless crap from greeley on the qualcom/smartarse "female dogs"in payroll/"steering wheel holder" co workers giving a bad reputation on road. If thats not enough reasons- IM JUST TIRED OF THEIR CRAP!

Drivers need the truth not lies, he wouldn't let anyone give their own opinion. Being a driver is hard enough these day you don't need to go some place that is going to abuse you. The new drivers need to know that companies force you to run illegal or sick. Sites like this let us tell the truth so drivers stay away from bad compnies. Jbs has a safety guy with 4 or more DUI's and is involved in a sex harassment suit for when he was with CRST. Look up CRST and Randy Kopecky. This man should be in jail not working at safety in a truck driving company. It's the worst example of a trucking co. I have ever seen.
