Most starter co. will run you off after the get their money out of you and you are no longer cheap labor this is why you should try to get a co. where orientation is close .so you don't have far to get back home most co. will not help you get home when you quit. You can file for unemployment when they run you off by starving you out, but most people don't know this so they get away with it time and time again Always file for unemployment the min. you leave cause you will be ,paid back pay for the date you file even if you have a truck sitting in your yard for weeks or months. This is a common practice of companies. Even if your miles are cut back you can get some money from unemployment, always try whats the worst they'll tell you NO, even after that fight for your money you paid into it.

The money is not the issue.. I missed my brothers funeral because they wouldn't get me home.. Being away from home is not a problem either..again they wouldn't get me home for my brothers funeral.. I even had a run to s.cali from coors in golden and it was routed 70 to 15 to cali and i asked if i can run it 25 to 40 to 17 and drop it at the phoenix terminal and have another driver take it from there and they said absolutly NOT because it's way too far off route.. WTF really? I'm trying to get home in time to make my brothers funeral and it's too far out of route.. the difference was 178 miles and I offered to pay the fuel difference and they still said NO.. I guess family really doesn't matter to them.. theres the proof...Money has never been a problem, family is way more important to me..

You are right I was, then 3 weeks of Texas Dedicated destroyed a years worth of good that should tell you something. But If you'll notice from the beginning just about everyone on here was a cheerleader at one time, that should tell you something too, Most of the cheerleaders on here have been driving 4 years or less and started with JBS, Not to sound arrogant but with my level of experience I expect some respect from my employer. When I went up the chain of command with my issues nothing was done, And I was given the "I am a driver, and you should be loucky you even have a job" A direct quote from someone in Management, I am lucky I have almost 3 million miles of safe driving and can write my ticket anywhere I want.

At this time, we cannot allow you to return to work. Because the compliance data that you did provide did not illustrate adequate usage of the machine, the Medical Director is requiring an additional month of adequate compliance before approving you to drive a CMV for JBS Carriers.
This is the thanks i got from JBS Carriers. well anyways may JBS Carriers Rot in Hell and be shut down by dot sometime soon so everyine in greeley can feel the pain to what its like to be unemployed for 5 months for some retarded sleep bull issue

Duh, or fed ex, or UPS.
If to live anywhere near the coast you might be able to find an ltl reefer carrier, that runs to ny or Chicago.
Seafood. Some of them pay by the trip.
Sorry I'm rambling, but I'm just bringing stuff up as its coming to me.
