My OOR had never been over 6%, until WF.

They're trying to figure out how I got 4000 miles OOR in last quarter. Still waiting on quarterly bonus. Until this is cleared.

Oh! And that wonderful geofencing. Bull ####! If I had to pull a trailer into my last customer. It would have been a REALLY bad day.

My GPS was right. Their geofencing BS was dead wrong with the routing to customer.

That 11/14/70 auto correct is bs... Happens at least twice a week to me.

On a side note, finally got a good load... Fontana to Indy 2100 miles :)

well, I set my NAT for 0300 tomorrow morning. Just got a load, Burmingham to Laredo. Picks up live load tomorrow at noon, can deliver anytime Monday.

Nice 950 miles to start next week out with. $30 bucks says I am off to Warren MI when I get to Laredo LOL

LOL, the trip planners are great. So I'm told to P/U a preload in Mechanicsville, PA and relay it back to Carlisle. OK. Then I get a load going to CT. Well, I dropped an empty at Mechanicsville when I picked up the first load, then on my next load they told me to go back to the exact same place to pick up an empty trailer. Hmm, does that make sense? Anyway, tried explaining the scenario to operations but they didn't understand what I was trying to tell them? Anyway, just ignored it and did it all through workflow and it went smooth. Now they just want me to P/U an empty at Carlisle.

So all of this kind of makes the case that I would rather deal with the workflow system than the trip planners.

Usually WF is the only choice since you can't get ahold of operations...

quick note, you guys keep talking about long long wait times when calling after hours, I have not experienced this, longest has been about 15-20 minutes.

When you guys call, what number are you calling? I always call my DBL's number and his extension and let it transfer me to GB. I was told if you call GB directly your wait times will be longer.

Hit an OC and get them reaimed. Freightliner likes to point the headlights straight forward, which is nice for us but bad for everyone else. It might also be a DOT issue (misaligned lights).????

    jakecat22 Thanks this.

Yep! Also I got here at 1650, my original eta before accepting this load was at 1700 so the trip planners knew when is be here. Turns out they stop loading at 1530 and since customer service didn't tell them when I'll be here they didn't preload the load so I'm stuck until tomorrow morning. Now I get to call support shift and sort this #### out. :biggrin_25510:
