Have a funny feeling, by the number of drivers down here in Laredo, that I am gonna be here a while waiting on a load......

 

Talked to my Ops Manager today. Looks like I'll be getting a new truck since the mechanics agree that my current one has a massive oil leak but they can't find it. lol
Guess we will see what I get when I go back in in the morning. Hope it's the 67xxx we just got in. lol

I was given a total of 370 miles for the weekend. With 35 left on my 70.

I've been running local BS all weekend.

WF has cut me 20%. I can do local at home. And make the same money.

Hate to do it. But the home time is the only thing keeping me here as is. Now that's not even enough.

 

I've been looking into other options as well. Found a job in Texas hauling crude oil. 6 days a week, 12 hour shifts at $22 per hour.

Just been trying to decide what to do

 

try to get one with the idle system, all the drivers in Laredo are jealous of me right now, LOL

 

6am delivery... but the shipping girl doesn't come in till 730-8am... and it just started raining... great way to start Monday/week.

 

Don't you love those kind of appointments/ETA.

They seem to be coming with more frequency now days.
