When they first started using the handheld the terminal manager told everybody that if they broke one he was gonna write it as an accident.

The safety guy told me that bumping my lead trailer on the dolly during hooking is an accident.

A runaway dolly is considered losing control of equipment...accident

I have heard that at San Antonio if you bump a trash can hard enough for it to move it was an accident.

So many guys have gotten written up for this recently at the FAC i run to. Theyre straight up nazis. 73 doors and pushing over 1 million pounds a night, the place is a god #### zoo. I wish I could make a video of the chaos.

theyre like this where I run to as well. Hostlers were complaining that they had to pick up trashcans..lol But in a way it makes sense. Bump the can off the dock, pick it up. also running over dunnage will get you a write up depending on the FOS at the time

Umm pretty much everywhere where I used to run. Normally during training the guy training you wouldnt be on the forklift or youd share one(at least my trainer did) and at one hub( XNJ Cenutryclass) he would say EVERYBODY on a forklift, theres no training or sharing... But before I left they changed his position and had some mellow old guy running it who was cool and really really would work with you if you worked with him. He liked me and two other guys and would allow us to stay later if we wanted to stay longer even after our loads are ready...
