legal sleep aid for truck drivers

Far as I know, any herbal remedy you can find. You take ANY sleep aids, prescription or not, you can fail the drug test. Hot milk, sweet tea and honey, etc. are fine but drugs aren't, as far as I know.

 

I take Excedrin PM and hubby does too and we have not failed a Drug test yet.

THEY are looking for narcotics on these tests.

Diphenhydramine citrate 38mg is not a narcotic and that's what is in the Excedrin PM which I believe might be the in Tylenol PM as well.

 

Yeah, I doubt VERY highly you could fail a drug test by using an over the counter pain medication.

 

A pot of coffee works for me. I am not joking. I can drink it and go to bed. Best thing for me is not to have a open spot beside me. I lay there and wonder if swifty is coming in.

 

See a Doctor about a scrip for Trazadone. Yes it is a prescription drug. In lower doses it will not affect your driving (after a night of sleep). And it will not cause any issues with a drug test.

I used to take 150mg a night. I had to quit, it put me in a coma for about 8 hours. I reduced it to 50mg and was fine, with no "hang over" effects.

Cost about $10 for of 50mg tabs 30 day supply. Very cheap. And non addictive in lower doses.

are you still calling them "Excedrin" ?

 

I take Ambein it was prescribed by my DR. just had a drug test last month and no problems.......

 

Tylenol PM will not affect UA results, but Tylenol 3 will. ( you the good ones with codeine)
