RB, need to contact me when you return. We can do a lot better than SNI with same flexibility.

    And no orange trailers.

From talking to drivers that look at them and us SNI is fairly standard. No excessive speed in last 3 years, no more than 2 moving violations, no DUIs, etc. I do not believe they have a set amount of time as an O/O like some of the others. Not sure on number of years OTR. They may only be one year.

But they are fairly standard. And also think "standards" at some of the larger companies will adjust based on if they have the quota filled for orientation.

I decided against SNI or LS either to go with another company .. Which provides a better deal all the way around

    Not a secret company ..

I think its common knowledge on here Bill ( BBB ) runs a pretty good business model . I'm not gonna say anything else if you would want details I'm sure Bill will be glad to talk to you about how his business works . But over all once you know the business model you will understand more as to why I made the decision I did by deciding against both SNI or LS . I'm not saying either is bad I'm just saying Bill has a better option for a O/ O to succeed and eventually go Full O/O or just stay with him either way he will help you succeed . But as far as anything else you need to chat with him

    Hope that helps

    SHC Thanks this.

Here is my thing, running under your own authority is not that difficult. If being leased to Landstar is just as close why are you paying them 27%? It seems like today most carriers are offering quick pay at 1.5%. My insurance only runs about an additional $300. I have found that working with CH Robinson I found a good agent that keeps me busy, Mercer, Kaplan, and CRST, have dedicated personal that call me everyday and offer loads. I get paid in 48 hrs, and in the case of Mercer it can be the same day after you transflo bills in. If I run a load for Mercer I get money on their TCH card and save up some so that helps with the fuel discount because you can use it anytime. You are doing the exact same thing except you are limited to Landstar network. Keep your 27% and do the same thing.

    SHC Thanks this.
