I am not an exec from Pam nor do I work for Pam but if I did I would figure out who you are and fire you. Breach of contract this breach of contract that, you must of been a lawyer before you drove. Did you read anywhere in your contract with PAM about guaranteeing you xyz miles? Exactly you did not. Figure out what it takes to get the miles you need to pay your bills. Judging by the way you responded to everyones' suggestions I can tell you are not a favorite on your DM's board. Your attitude is why you do not get the miles, it is not your company, your truck, the weather, or traffic. Look in the mirror you are the biggest problem. I always excel! Why? Because if I am not a natural I figure out what the other natural's do to be successful. You want to reinvent the wheel. It is not going to happen I do not care who you work for. Good luck! Cannot wait to read about the next company screwing you!Last edited by a moderator: Jul 30, 2012

Have you heard of an at will employer or employee? You, me, anyone that works for an at will employer can fire you without cause when ever they want. Just like you, me anyone can quit anytime we want. There is not a first amendment violation and your rights have not been violated. But you knew that already.

Also in the early 90's it looks like Pam was sued and I'm sure they have made some adjustments to their employee handbook to "improve" their hand book lol.

I wouldn't worry about everyone pretty much is at will. -

Why are you writing in third person? It is true what they say, "You learn something new every day." Working for PAM is like joining the military, you sign a contract and can only be discharged for criminal offenses.
You signed a contract that says you will work for PAM for a set period of time and they will forgive some/part of your school debt. But did/does that contract guarantee employment?
I gave you a harmless suggestion a few days ago then you jumped all over it as if I insulted your
intelligence. But you have shown that your intelligence is no match for those hillbilly rednecks up there in ol Arkansas. I really don't think there is anything I can suggest or tell you that you don't already know. -
Army91W Thanks this.
