Is it/he RICO? RICO's lawyer? or RICO's wife? I can't tell, but this has been amusing!

Let me say after skimming some of these post it's interesting...I actually think being solo at PAM pays off then being in a team. I have been with PAM for a little over 4 months and after some discussing with my teammate who has since left the company. You are better off working solo. If you recognize it some of the team runs are stretched out solo runs. I am not complaining though the Good Lord and PAM have been good to me and I just have to roll with it....Yeah sometimes the DM's and I get into shouting matches over Jill but we just smooth out and keep going. Got a call from another company but I am going to try and last for six months and then evaluate my options.

You'd think you'd get into shouting matches with Jack, not DM's...... :yes2557:

@Hightide, I live about 300 miles south of Austin, Edinburg, Texas to be exact and I was thinking of going to work for PAM, can you let me know how things are going for you. I don't mind teaming since I've done it in the past.

Just getting started myself. Go to orientation and training Aug 6th. Hoping all goes well. I do realize that give and take applies no matter where you work. Rico sure has opened up a big can of laptop kung ##, it's been an eyeopener and informative listening to each ones opinions and positions. Gives me a good feel on how to approach things, I am with the majority on this one, give and take, don't rock the boat, have flexibility and understand that that that's how business can be. Trucking or otherwise. From what I can gather as a newbie, I believe PAM is a pretty good outfit. I've got a teammate already, just gotta get through training....thanks for the inquiry....

    I'm baAAack!

What kind of favors??? I bet I know

The slow season?!?! Well let me tell you, ever since I wrote this article here all I've been getting are miles. For the past two weeks I've gotten 6 thousand miles, EACH WEEK. So yeah that's 12K in 2 weeks. They were even paying me miles I didn't even drive, so me being an honest guy, I called up and asked my dispatcher what was up and he said they just routed me the long way, so I look at the route they gave me and all of them said I95 to I90 to I5 to I10, pretty nice, so like this guy said PAM's not perfect and encourage everyone to spill the beans on them! PRONTO!

What are you the pope? Bless you too then.

WRONG DISCUSSION! Go start your own article!

This is PAM's TITANIC more like it. AND if I'm He-Man you must be the Green scaredy cat Tiger thing. SO remember I HAVE THE POWER!

You must be Army91W cause you only have one post ... I guess you had to create another profile cause I shut you up real good

That's why this business is going to hell. It should be about being a professional not doing favors ... yeah right nothing left to say; let's see what you come up with now; no wait! I know "look RICO, you gotta be nice to the dispatchers ok, they're your buddies"

    We're all three.

What are you talking about? Jill? This isn't a nursery rhyme bub

and the kungfu will CONTINUE ... after this!

Am I the only one who finds Rico's posts to read blah, blah, blah.
In all seriousness Rico, if all you do is attack others on here, eventually one of the moderators will swing the big Ban Hammer your way. I've seen it a few times on this forum. Just sayin
