OK, I am in Sarasota and would like to go with Stevens. Would I have to go to Dallas for the training and if so what address would I use since I know no one in Texas and have a Florida license? And if I don't go with Stevens, are there any other companies in Florida that has a CDL mill, I mean that has a three week school in order for me to get my CDL and then work for them for a year to pay it off?
Thanks!

Yes, you would go to school in Dallas. You would use the motel address to get your Tx. CDL then transfer it to Fla. But act before september 14th when the rules will change.

What rules are changing?

If you want to call Stevens a CDL Mill, please go elsewhere.

Unlike a CDL mill, your training does not end with you CDL. In fact it does not begin until you get your CDL.
Your training will take around 6 months to complete before you are a fleet driver.
If you arw coming into rhis.with the expectation that you will be done in three weeks, do youself a favor and bring enough cash for a return ticket to Sarasota as you will probably npt.be staying the whole course. -

Thanks to everyone for the insights. Appreciated.
